AA Fashion World Returns & Refunds

Please note, due to CA health regulations, lingerie, swimwear, stockings or any other products of such a nature are not returnable or exchangeable. Claiming unopenned won't work because we cannot and have no time to verify that. The only exception is that we send you a wrong or defected item. We will send you a replacement after we receive your returned item. The wrong/defect item must be returned within 5 days.

ALL A.B.S. CLOTHES ARE NOT EXCHANGEABLE OR RETURNABLE.Costumes are not returnable/exhangeable due to their seasonable nature. In general, we will not have time to sell an item after we receive it back.

For shoes/watches, if they are not showing any sign of wear, we offer a 15-day return policy. Please only try your shoes/watches with socks on carpeted surface. Here is how it works:

1. If you are not completely satisfied with your shoes/watches, email us within 15 days from the date of purchase to obtain a return authorization number (RMA). THIS RMA MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE. Packages without RMA number will be rejected or charged a higher restocking fee.

2. Shoes/watches must be returned in original packaging including manuals, warranty cards (not filled out), along with any other original packaging. You will need to secure the original manufacturers packing inside appropriate shipping materials such as box or brown paper wrap, etc. We expect the package shipped to us the way we shipped it to you if possible.

3. You will pay for ALL shipping costs. Collect shipping will be refused. For your own protection, you may want to insure the package. We are not held any liability for lost packages. Please email us the tracking # as soon as you send out the package.

4. For shoes and watches, the restocking fee is 15% with a minimum of $5.

5. An item can be returned if it has NEVER been worn. If it shows the slightest sign of being worn, we will not accept it, as we do not sell used or refurbished merchandise.

6. Products resized or modified in anyway will not be refunded.

7. Special orders are never returnable. 

8. We will not be responsible for (1)undeliverable package because an invalid/incorrect address is provided, (2)Undeliverable package because nobody claims it from a PO Box within the specified number of days, and (3)Package rejected by custom. When any of these cases happens, we will not process refund if we never get the package back, we will issue refund less shipping and restocking fee if we get the package back within 30 days.

The exchange policy is the same as the return policy except for the following:

1. Email to find out the availability of an optional model.
2. Enclose invoice with defect information and optional model/size number desired.

We cannot refund your original shipping charges. The returned merchandise will be credited to your credit card less applicable restocking fee.
